I have a lipoma on the right side below my breast, towards my underarm. It is approximately the size of three golf balls or possibly larger. I have consulted with five or six doctors, each offering differing opinions, but none of them are willing to perform the surgery. I prefer to undergo only one surgery for both procedures. Is this a feasible option? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

It might be worth considering a two-stage procedure to address any potential issues, such as the possibility of the growth not being a lipoma or challenges in achieving symmetry.
