Good morning! Yes, it will be possible to have your breast implants removed. I perform a high volume of XL augmentations every year, and currently, the largest saline shells available in the U.S. are the Mentor 800-960cc shells, which can be filled to the desired volume. As you may already know, silicone implants currently top out at 800cc, although there is an ongoing FDA trial for larger silicone gel implants up to 1400cc.
Continuously opting for larger implants will result in the stretching and thinning of your skin. It's difficult to determine how much further 800 cc implants can stretch and be inflated. It's advisable not to push the issue any further, as it may lead to complications down the line.
Excess skin resulting from large implants stretching the breasts is not a procedure that ethical plastic surgeons would consider.
