Several years ago, I underwent surgery to correct a deviated septum. Is it feasible to consider rhinoplasty now? I understand that a segment of the septum may be used during the procedure. But considering my previous septal operation, isn't it likely that my septum was already removed?

Having a Rhinoplasty after a functional Septoplasty is not uncommon. However, it can be more challenging if septal cartilage is needed for reconstructing the nasal tip or dorsum.
