  • How Much Does Ksl Hair Transplant Cost In Edinburgh

After undergoing microneedling, my face is now very red, and there are traces of dried blood. I really want to wash it with Cetaphil, but I'm worried that washing will also remove the serum. It has been 8 hours since the treatment. Thank you.

After a microneedling procedure, it is safe to wash your face 8 hours later. I would recommend using a gentle cleanser to remove any dried blood. Additionally, using products and serums containing peptides and growth factors can be beneficial. Best of luck!

After a facial treatment, depending on the depth, the face can usually be washed with water in 4 to 8 hours. It is best to avoid harsh products and follow the aftercare advice provided by the treating practitioner to minimize irritation and reduce the chances of infection.

Washing the face 8 hours after microneedling should generally be fine, but following specific aftercare instructions provided by the office is important.

We advise our patients to wash their face with a gentle cleanser after 8 hours following the treatment. Gently massage the face with lukewarm water to remove any serum and dried blood. You can start applying makeup 12-72 hours after treatment. Additionally, we recommend using post-treatment products that include sunscreen with an SPF of 25 or higher.
