I agree that it appears the lateral forehead was not adequately treated. It is possible that either the treatment was expected to be effective or an insufficient amount of Botox was used. If the issue persists beyond two weeks after the injection, I recommend having the affected area reevaluated and potentially treated with additional Botox.

Please inform your surgeon if a stitch has opened up. It is not recommended to try to repair it yourself. Based on your picture, it appears that only the central brow was treated with Botox, not the outer aspects. The wrinkles are not caused by the Botox but rather by the untreated area where the frontal muscle is still active. This can be easily fixed by applying more Botox to the wrinkles, which will soften them and create a more balanced brow appearance.
