Around 3.5 months after my lower blepharoplasty, I have been experiencing excessive tearing from both eyes. My surgeon believes it is due to blocked tear ducts and not a result of the blepharoplasty itself. She recently injected a liquid into my tear ducts to dilate them, but it has not provided relief thus far. Additionally, my lower lids have slightly drooped away from my eyes since the blepharoplasty. I am seeking a second opinion, and I would appreciate your insights on this matter.
