I started with a B cup and had 375cc high profile silicone implants placed under the muscle 4 days ago. I noticed swelling and leaking from the pain pump tube, but only on the left side. My doctor had me come in immediately, and they reopened the incision to check for any bleeding. The left side is still quite swollen. Could this be the formation of a capsular contracture? How does capsular contracture form?

It is completely normal for one side to experience more discomfort than the other after surgery. Remember that nobody is perfectly symmetrical.
