After taking accutane for one month, my blood test showed slightly elevated levels for my liver. In an attempt to nourish my liver, I've been drinking beet juice daily. I also came across an olive oil with lemon juice cleanse on the internet and am considering trying it. I would greatly appreciate any advice on this matter.
You don't need to take any specific action to cleanse your liver while on Accutane. Your liver functions will return to normal rates shortly after completing your Accutane course. It is unnecessary to continue drinking beet juice or engage in olive oil lemon juice cleanses. Simply finish your Accutane treatment as prescribed, and you can have another blood test a few months later. Best regards.

Additionally, it's recommended to obtain baseline and monthly liver function tests, lipid profiles, and complete blood counts (CBC), especially during the initial months of treatment.
