Six months have passed since that procedure, but I am still not content because both my ears seem to have been overcorrected, resulting in an irregular surface that doesn't complement my facial structure. Furthermore, my ear lobes are overcorrected while the upper parts of my ears remain round, giving them a telephone-like appearance. There is noticeable asymmetry between both ears. This condition has significantly impacted my self-esteem and makes me highly self-conscious. I am now contemplating a third surgery, hoping for much improved, aesthetically appealing results that look as normal and symmetrical as possible.
