I am scheduled for a breast reduction operation next week. I gave birth to twins eight months ago and still carry an additional 25-30 pounds of baby weight. My goal is to shed this weight after my surgery. Is it likely that my breast size will decrease even more as I lose this weight? I should mention that even when I was at my leanest, I was quite busty.
