For an 18-year-old with no pregnancies, your breasts appear normal for 11 days. The fullness above the nipple is due to muscle swelling, and the triangular shape below the nipple is because the skin has not stretched yet. Within 6-12 weeks, they are expected to look great. Best of luck.

You are in the early stages of post-op recovery, and it is normal for your implants to still be swollen and not fully settled in the pocket. Give it time for the swelling to subside and for the implants to find their optimal position.

Preoperative photos would provide more information regarding the appearance of the breasts, and it's possible that mild constriction or a small base diameter for the implant could be contributing factors. Consulting with the surgeon and providing preoperative images would be beneficial.

I understand your concerns and worries, but it's important to be patient and give it time. The process of skin relaxation and the final settling of the appearance can take 3-6 months. At this stage, I would say your breasts look pretty good. Additionally, considering the position of your nipples relative to the breast mound itself, they don't appear to be too far apart. Trust in the healing process and have patience; everything will likely turn out fine as time progresses.
