In my years of experience and with numerous satisfied patients, I firmly believe that tummy tucks (abdominoplasty) generally provide the best long-lasting results in body contouring. It's important to remember that a tummy tuck addresses excess skin and fat, whereas liposuction only targets fat. Therefore, if you desire the best possible outcome, I recommend considering a tummy tuck/abdominoplasty. Fat transfer to the buttocks may have comparable post-operative discomfort, but its results do not last as long as those of a tummy tuck. A significant percentage of the fat transferred to the buttocks will eventually dissipate, typically within two years. It is not possible to undergo a tummy tuck simultaneously with a Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL).
