I had Morpheus8 treatment in Pennsylvania a week ago. Although I specifically requested treatment for my neck and jawline, the doctor also performed the procedure on my mid-face without my consent. I was only interested in reducing fat in my neck and jawline, not in the cheeks. The doctor claimed to have used a different set for the mid-face, focusing on skin tightening only. Should I be concerned about volume loss? Does Morpheus8 cause fat loss in the cheeks similar to Thermage or Ultherapy? The 4mm depth of penetration targets the layers beneath the skin, where facial fat is located.
