There is no connection between Botox and ALS (amyotrophic lateral sclerosis). Botox does not cause generalized muscle weakness. It has been used for many years without any reported incidents of generalized muscle weakness. However, it is important to note that individuals with pre-existing muscle weakness should not receive Botox or any other neuro modulator injections.
