It has been 15 days since I had Botox injections, and when I wake up in the morning, my appearance looks terrible. Throughout the day, it slightly improves, but I still feel like my forehead has drooped. Is there anything I can do to address this issue? Thank you. I have attached a photo of my eye before Botox for reference.

It appears that the Botox was injected too low in your forehead, resulting in a drooping effect and lowered eyes. This droop should resolve within a few months. If the forehead muscle (frontalis) has been completely relaxed by Botox injections, the eyebrows may feel heavy and lower. Waiting for the Botox to wear off is the only solution. Treating other muscles that naturally pull the eyebrows downward, such as the glabella and lateral brow depressor, may help provide some brow elevation.
