Two months ago, I underwent a surgical procedure to lift my eyelid, as I only have one functional eye while the other side is a prosthetic and lacks volume. Recently, a neurologist administered Botox injections to me to help alleviate my migraines. I asked the specialist to avoid my eyebrows, given my previous experience where the Botox injections caused one eyebrow to droop, particularly on the side of my prosthetic eye. Therefore, the injections were targeted to the center - the muscles responsible for the "11" frown lines - and then extended to the scalp.

Hello, I suggest that you schedule a consultation with a plastic surgeon as soon as possible. Even if it reduces your anxiety, it will provide an opportunity for a board-certified plastic surgeon to assess your concerns. If you have pre-surgery pictures, it would be helpful to bring them along.

It is generally recommended not to undergo another surgical procedure immediately after Botox treatment unless there is evidence of eye dryness or conjunctival injury.
