After giving birth to my three sons, I have a large stomach. They weighed 8lbs 7oz, 8lbs 4oz, and 10lbs 7oz at birth. I have various health issues, including sleep apnea, sciatic nerve damage, fibromyalgia, pinched nerves in my lower back, disc degeneration, and acute arthritis. Please help me find a solution.

Insurance typically does not cover cosmetic procedures like liposuction. It would be uncommon for Medicaid to cover liposuction.

Liposuction is primarily an aesthetic procedure and may not provide direct health or functional benefits.

Medicare/Medicaid does not typically cover liposuction, but if you have diastasis recti (loss of muscle support), some insurance may cover its repair. Consult with a plastic surgeon who accepts Medicaid for their opinion.

A tummy tuck may be recommended based on the description, but it's best to consult with a cosmetic dermatologist or plastic surgeon and consider financing options.
