Botox is effective in its function, and you can continue with your regular activities without any concerns. There is no issue with bending down, taking a nap, or doing anything you want. The only caution I provide to patients is to avoid getting a massage where your face is positioned in a face-down pillow. I hope this information helps! Best regards.

Massaging the areas that were injected, lying down flat within 3 hours of treatment, and engaging in vigorous exercise are discouraged as they may cause the Botox to diffuse. However, bending over a few times would not likely affect the result.

There's no need to worry about bending over once or twice, one hour after Botox injections. The only restriction typically advised is to avoid lying flat for an extended period, up to 3 hours after the injection.

Bending over a few times after Botox injections should not be a cause for concern. Just avoid rubbing or massaging the treated area for a few hours.
