Five days after getting Botox in my upper forehead, I've developed a lump above my eyebrow and am feeling significant pressure above my eyebrows. I'm also experiencing a constant headache and a noticeable pressure between my eyes, giving me the impression of an indentation. I'm eager for this discomfort to subside. Injecting Botox into the forehead can occasionally result in a bump if a blood vessel is accidentally punctured. The forehead contains several veins, and there is a rare possibility of injury during Botox injections. If this occurs, a small collection of blood under the skin can cause a bump. It typically resolves within 7-10 days but may exert pressure on surrounding nerves, leading to a sensation of pressure or even a headache during the first week after receiving Botox.
